There’s a saying going around Facebook lately…”October is to photographers what April is to accountants.”
This could not be more true! Business is steady for most of the year until those first few leaves begin to turn yellow, and BAM! My inbox is flooded. :) I’m prepared for it and try to make it possible to fit in as many clients as possible and my family is well aware that during October and early November Mom will be a little crazy, the kids will be seeing more of the babysitter, and the family will eat pizza or frozen meals almost every night (I think my kids actually like that last part).
But autumn really is the perfect time for family portraits! Cooler, comfortable tempertures and of course those goreous, golden colors.
Since this family’s session was taken nearing the end of the fall colors, I had to search a bit harder for the trees with leaves still on them but we still got some great shots and beautiful green and golden hues!
And as you can see, Caleb’s enjoying this time of year too! :)
